VentraIP’s “MEGAMay Spin to Win” Promotion

1. Definitions

1.1. “Customer” means the person or entity who ordered services provided by VentraIP.

1.2. “VentraIP”, “VentraIP Australia”, “VIP”, “Company”, “Business”, “The Promoter”, “We”, “our”, or “us” refers to Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as VentraIP (ABN 91 137 543 018) and its Related Body Corporate with its primary place of business at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC, 3805.

1.3. “VIPcontrol” refers to VentraIP’s customer account, billing and management portal, available online at https://vip.ventraip.com.au.

1.4. “The Customer”, “Entrant”, “You” or “Your” refers to the person listed as the primary account holder.

1.5. “Promotional Period” refers to the duration of the promotion, which commences on May 1st, 2024, at 9:00 AM (AEST) and concludes on May 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM (AEST).

 

2. Promotion Eligibility

2.1. Promotion eligibility is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2.3. Entries are open to all customers who make an eligible purchase on or after May 1st 2024 at 9:00 AM (AEST) and before May 31st 2024 at 11:59 PM (AEST).

2.4. Employees and their immediate families of Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as VentraIP and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible.

2.5. To enter, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

2.5.1. Pay any eligible invoice with VentraIP. All invoices equal to $0.01 AUD or more are eligible.

2.5.2. Play the online ‘Spin to Win’ game within VIPcontrol, when prompted, for an automatic entry into the Major Draw and a chance to win instantly.

 

3. Prizes

3.1. There will be one (1) Major Draw (“Major Draw”) conducted at the end of the Promotional Period from all valid entries received with one (1) major prize (“Major Prize”) awarded. There will be one thousand and fifteen (1,015) instant prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period (each an “Instant Prize”).

3.2. The Major Draw will take place at Nexigen Digital, Level 1 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren VIC 3805 at 11:00 AM AEST on 04 June 2024.

3.3. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in the event an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

3.4. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Major Draw.

3.5. The draw for the promotion will be conducted randomly and will include all individuals who participated by playing the ‘Spin to Win’ game. Despite the result of the ‘Spin to Win’ game, all entrants will go into the Major Draw.

3.6. The entrant drawn in the Major Draw will win a trip for two (2) adults to Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay valued at up to $19,586.00 AUD depending on the date and point of departure. Prize includes:

3.6.1. Two (2) return Business Class airfares from the winner’s nearest airport;

3.6.2. Five (5) night stay at the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay in an Over Water Bure Villa, featuring one king-size bed, exclusive access for adults only, direct lagoon access, and a balcony;

3.6.3. Transfers between accommodation; and

3.6.4. $4,000.00 AUD Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay room credit to spend during the stay.

3.6.5. Prize must be taken between 04 June 2024 and 04 July 2024 and is subject to booking and flight availability.

3.6.6. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.

3.6.7. Travel is valid for 12 months from 04 June 2024.

3.6.8. Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.

3.6.9. Block out periods include all Australian School & Public Holidays along with all other special event periods.

3.6.9.1. 2024 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 1st January – 6th February, 28th March – 26th April, 22nd June – 22nd July, 14th September – 14th October, 13th December – 31st December.

3.6.9.2. 2025 Block-out dates include, but are not limited to, 1st January – 6th February, 28th March – 26th April, 22nd June – 22nd July, 14th September – 14th October, and 13th December – 31st December.

3.6.10. The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.

3.6.11. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The Promoter will determine the Itinerary at their absolute discretion.

3.6.12. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.

3.6.13. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prizes and service providers.

3.6.14. The winner may be required to present their credit card at the time of accommodation check-in.

3.7. Instant prizes available to be won at random during the Promotional Period include:

3.7.1. Up to 290x Flight Centre travel gift cards valued at $150.00 AUD.

3.7.2. Up to 725x VIPcontrol Account Credit top-ups valued at $50.00 AUD.

3.7.2.1. Prizes will be awarded randomly throughout the Promotional Period. Winners will receive an online message at the time of entry informing them that they are a provisional prize winner, and providing details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize.

3.7.2.2. Flight Centre travel gift cards will be delivered to the primary email address listed within VIPcontrol.

3.7.2.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost or undelivered Gift Cards.

3.7.2.4. Only one Gift Card will be issued per valid prize and per account.

3.7.2.5. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is not transferable.

3.7.2.6. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Flight Centre travel gift cards.

3.7.2.7. VIPcontrol Account Credit will be awarded to the account associated with the valid entry.

3.7.2.8. VIPcontrol Account Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is not transferable.

3.7.2.9. Where applicable, all claims for instant win prizes must be received by 5:00 PM AEST on 04 July 2024.

3.8. In the event the Major Prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 05 July 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The Winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published online at ventraip.com.au/terms-policies-agreements/megamay-2024/ within 30 days.

 

4. General

4.1. The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to this agreement will become effective upon their publication on our website.

4.2. The total prize pool value is up to $99,336.00 AUD.

4.3. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode of the Major Draw and any ACT or SA winners of an Instant Prize will have their names published online at ventraip.com.au/terms-policies-agreements/megamay-2024/ within 30 days of the major prize draw.

4.4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

4.5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

4.6. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

4.7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

4.8. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

4.9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. For more information on the Privacy Policy of the Promoter please refer to their website at ventraip.com.au/terms-policies-agreements.

4.10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All opt-in entries will be entered into a database, and the Promoter may use the entrant’s names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By opting in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to the Promoter.
